The office is no longer just a space, but a service package that, with the help of smart solutions, can keep pace with modern, digitalized work trends. The cooperation between CPI Hungary and Parkl represents an innovation in the sector, offering tenants and their employees a uniquely flexible solution that also supports sustainability goals. As part of this strategic partnership, the parking management and electric vehicle charging services of CPI Hungary’s entire domestic office portfolio – 21 office buildings – will be renewed in a single, easy-to-use, user-friendly system! Hybrid work is here to stay and has become part of the DNA of Hungarian companies. Attracting employees back to the office is a challenge for every organization, requiring comprehensive solutions from all players. Both collaboration and focused work need to be supported, with user habits and needs dynamically managed and monitored. This means that the office of the future will no longer be tied to one location, and operators must enable tenant companies to flexibly use different sites. In one building, the same company might use shared community spaces or hold conferences, while in another location they maintain their corporate headquarters. Such flexible corporate operations require equally flexible, advanced digital services from office building owners. Not by chance, CPI already offers numerous innovative solutions to tenants in Hungary, such as green lease agreements, the Human Innovation Program, and the myhive office brand. These services not only build community among tenants but also promote the dynamic management and sharing of office space. Naturally, this also necessitates flexible mobility solutions, ensuring seamless movement between buildings and access to parking and charging services. Therefore, it is increasingly important for employees to know, even before leaving home, whether they will have a parking space in the building and whether they can charge their electric car. Based on entry data, for example, it is possible to estimate office occupancy and usage on given days, which, in addition to improving energy efficiency, can also support more cost-effective office leasing and management. With Parkl Office, optimizing the use of underground garages and parking lots, as well as ensuring reliable, predictable charging of electric cars, is simpler than ever before.
