How can tenants benefit from digital infrastructure development? “After several years of collaboration aimed at making the world’s buildings smarter, Colliers and WiredScore are delighted to share their expertise with Hungary’s most forward-thinking property owners, developers, and tenants,” said Kata Mazsaroff, Managing Director of Colliers, at the opening of their joint event. The past few years have highlighted the need for better built environments. The shift to hybrid work, growing attention to health and well-being, and climate change have all resulted in changing user expectations. Office users are demanding more sustainable, cost-efficient, healthier, and more inspiring environments, with exceptional digital connectivity. This creates an opportunity for property owners to be more ambitious about in-building technological solutions in order to deliver outstanding services for all users. ## **Assessment and certification in digital connectivity and technological infrastructure** WiredScore specializes in evaluating and certifying the digital connectivity and technological infrastructure of commercial and residential buildings. Founded in 2013, the company is best known for its WiredScore and SmartScore certifications. These are internationally recognized benchmarks for digital connectivity and smart building quality. “More than 1,000 clients and 8 million people live and work in WiredScore-certified buildings, which cover approximately 90 million square meters,” highlighted Tom Vaughan-Fowler, Regional Business Development Director, in his presentation on the New York–based company.
