Hungary’s leading proptech event, the PropTech Hungary Conference, will be held for the sixth time. This professional gathering brings together top experts, innovators, and decision-makers from the fields of proptech, real estate, construction, BIM, and contech for a full day of knowledge exchange.
While last year’s event focused on construction, BIM, and contech, this year the concept of smart cities also takes center stage. Digitalization now goes beyond improving the efficiency of individual buildings and is revolutionizing resource management on a city-wide level. Participants at the conference will explore how digitalization can be applied as a strategic tool for the sustainable development of the built environment.
In addition to professional content, the event launches an innovation competition in six categories, looking for the Innovator of the Year, the most promising proptech startup and scaleup, the latest BIM and real estate lifecycle innovations, and the best digital customer experience.
Throughout the conference, participants will gain insights into the practical applications of digitalization, best industry practices, and achieved results through case studies, lectures, workshops, and exhibitions. Key topics of the program include:
Data-driven urban development: applying Big Data and AI to optimize energy efficiency, transportation, and resource allocation.
Proptech solutions: smart buildings, sensor-based property management, and the role of digital twins in design and operation.
Contech and construction innovations: the impact of BIM, robotics, and modular construction technologies on the industry.
Energy efficiency through digitalization: the role of IoT, smart grids, and AI in optimizing energy consumption and waste heat distribution.
Urban mapping and digital modeling: dynamic visualization of property use and energy demands.
The PropTech Hungary Conference once again welcomes renowned speakers. Among them, Zoltán Pogátsa, founder of the Pogi podcast, sociologist, and economist, and Luke Graham, founder of Urban Neuron, will share insights on the development of digital cities. Returning to the stage after his popular presentation last year, Andrew Gamblen, Head of AEC at Dalux, will present the latest developments at the intersection of technology and construction.
With 300 participants, the event provides a unique platform for knowledge sharing, inspiring professional discussions, and shaping innovations in the real estate market. Today, digitalization and innovation are not just competitive advantages but key factors for the long-term survival of real estate market players. The event showcases the latest proptech and contech solutions and supports the development of strategic thinking for the cities of the future.
