In the plenary sessions, Hungarian and international experts presented global proptech trends, the impact of digitalization on everyday life, and the development directions of the real estate sector. The focus was on comparing international best practices with the Hungarian market situation and emerging technologies.   The morning professional sessions revolved around two main themes. The first was **data-driven digitalization**, exploring how long-term value and sustainable operations can be achieved through Open BIM/IFC, geospatial solutions, and legal frameworks. The second was a **digital vision for cities and buildings**, highlighting the impact of electric vehicles, urban infrastructure, automated facility management, and the types of buildings that will be needed in 10–20 years.   The afternoon program focused on **proptech and office tech solutions**: from integrating digital comfort at the design stage to IoT-based office optimization, smart home automation, and user data analysis — all the way to the success stories of startups that became market-ready products. A special workshop also addressed the applications of blockchain in real estate.   The day concluded with the **PropTech Hungary Hackathon** finals and awards ceremony, showcasing the latest innovations and offering participants valuable opportunities for networking with key industry players. ### 210 résztvevő ### 37 előadó ### 23 program ## Our speakers were ![eloado-vincent-pavanello-real-estate-hatszog](https://proptech.hu/hs-fs/hubfs/El%C5%91ad%C3%B3k%20hatsz%C3%B6g/eloado-vincent-pavanello-real-estate-hatszog.png?width=200&height=230&name=eloado-vincent-pavanello-real-estate-hatszog.png) ### VINCENT PAVANELLO Real Estech, Co-Founder ![eloado-tomas-melisko-hb-reavis-hatszog](https://proptech.hu/hs-fs/hubfs/El%C5%91ad%C3%B3k%20hatsz%C3%B6g/eloado-tomas-melisko-hb-reavis-hatszog.png?width=200&height=230&name=eloado-tomas-melisko-hb-reavis-hatszog.png) ### TOMAS MELISKO Head of Symbiosy, HB Reavis ![eloado-patyi-laszlo-Invensol-ügyvezető-igazgató-hatszog](https://proptech.hu/hs-fs/hubfs/El%C5%91ad%C3%B3k%20hatsz%C3%B6g/eloado-patyi-laszlo-Invensol-%C3%BCgyvezet%C5%91-igazgat%C3%B3-hatszog.png?width=200&height=230&name=eloado-patyi-laszlo-Invensol-%C3%BCgyvezet%C5%91-igazgat%C3%B3-hatszog.png) ### PATYI LÁSZLÓ Invensol, ügyvezető igazgató ![eloado-reicher-peter-Graphisoft-hatszog](https://proptech.hu/hs-fs/hubfs/El%C5%91ad%C3%B3k%20hatsz%C3%B6g/eloado-reicher-peter-Graphisoft-hatszog.png?width=200&height=230&name=eloado-reicher-peter-Graphisoft-hatszog.png) ### REICHER PÉTER Graphisoft SE, regionális igazgató ![eloado-schomer-norbert-WING-hatszog](https://proptech.hu/hs-fs/hubfs/El%C5%91ad%C3%B3k%20hatsz%C3%B6g/eloado-schomer-norbert-WING-hatszog.png?width=200&height=230&name=eloado-schomer-norbert-WING-hatszog.png) ### SCHŐMER NORBERT WING Zrt., irodafejlesztésekért felelős vezérigazgató-helyettes ![eloado-vinnai-balazs-WUP-hatszog](https://proptech.hu/hs-fs/hubfs/El%C5%91ad%C3%B3k%20hatsz%C3%B6g/eloado-vinnai-balazs-WUP-hatszog.png?width=200&height=230&name=eloado-vinnai-balazs-WUP-hatszog.png) ### VINNAI BALÁZS W.UP, elnök ![eloado-abraham-andras-skanska-hatszog](https://proptech.hu/hs-fs/hubfs/El%C5%91ad%C3%B3k%20hatsz%C3%B6g/eloado-abraham-andras-skanska-hatszog.png?width=200&height=230&name=eloado-abraham-andras-skanska-hatszog.png) ### ÁBRAHÁM ANDRÁS Skanska, Projekt Manager ![eloado-almas-bela-Streamnet-hatszog](https://proptech.hu/hs-fs/hubfs/El%C5%91ad%C3%B3k%20hatsz%C3%B6g/eloado-almas-bela-Streamnet-hatszog.png?width=200&height=230&name=eloado-almas-bela-Streamnet-hatszog.png) ### ALMÁS BÉLA Streamnet, CEO ![eloado-csanyi-peter-Value-Real-hatszog](https://proptech.hu/hs-fs/hubfs/El%C5%91ad%C3%B3k%20hatsz%C3%B6g/eloado-csanyi-peter-Value-Real-hatszog.png?width=200&height=230&name=eloado-csanyi-peter-Value-Real-hatszog.png) ### CSÁNYI PÉTER Value 4 Real Kft, Projekt Menedzsment üzletágvezető ![eloado-deák-márton-lechner-hatszog](https://proptech.hu/hs-fs/hubfs/El%C5%91ad%C3%B3k%20hatsz%C3%B6g/eloado-de%C3%A1k-m%C3%A1rton-lechner-hatszog.png?width=200&height=230&name=eloado-de%C3%A1k-m%C3%A1rton-lechner-hatszog.png) ### DÁK MÁRTON Lechner Tudásközpont, ÁKÉK projektvezető ![eloado-DR-BABUS-GÁBOR-deloitte-hatszog](https://proptech.hu/hs-fs/hubfs/El%C5%91ad%C3%B3k%20hatsz%C3%B6g/eloado-DR-BABUS-G%C3%81BOR-deloitte-hatszog.png?width=200&height=230&name=eloado-DR-BABUS-G%C3%81BOR-deloitte-hatszog.png) ### DR. Végre egy esemény, ahol nem a salesről szól minden, hanem tényleg értelmes, inspiráló gondolatokról. Olyan érzés, mintha egy nagyon okos, nagyon nyitott közösségbe csöppennél. Livják Csaba CEO, Founder @BuildEXT It's taken me a week to get my thoughts in order after such an amazing experience at Proptech Hungary. The incredible hospitality, the amazing venue, the fantastic organisation of the event, and of course the amazing presentations and panel discussions that day really helped cement this event as one of the best events that I have ever attended - even if I needed a little bit of help with translations!
