The obstacle to effective digitization of the real estate market is no longer technology, but people themselves
Ingatlan.com is hosting the Proptech Hungary forum for the second time on June 13 at the Budapest Music Center. The organizers are seeking answers to the real needs of real estate market players, tenants, and clients, which is why they have compiled the most important user needs by surveying relevant professionals. These topics form the program of PropTech Hungary. Be part of the learning, the exchange of experiences, and the digital real estate market dialogue!
Cloud Technology and Wi-Fi Site Analysis
PropTech solutions are emerging in every segment of the construction and real estate markets, and are playing an increasingly significant role in the design, construction, and operation of buildings. Although these new technologies are becoming more widely known, they are still rarely implemented in everyday practice in Hungary. Therefore, the organizers see it as their mission to provide a forum for dialogue on the digital real estate market, where participants can share their experiences and practical knowledge with one another and gain insights that can be applied in their daily work.
The organizers invited representatives from the real estate sector and industries interested in digitalization in advance to identify the topics that are truly important to market participants. These issues will be discussed at the PropTech Hungary forum, which aims to present the industry’s opportunities and solutions to market participants and users so that they can find answers to their real needs that they can successfully apply in practice.
What does PropTech mean for us? What does it mean for everyone from designers and construction companies to real estate developers, building operators, tenants, and other end-users? We’ll be seeking answers to these questions at the Smart Buildings and Smart Companies Conference. Our speakers will present numerous Hungarian and international case studies, covering a wide range of topics such as BIM design, workplace optimization, space planning, mobility infrastructure, parking systems, and more.

“According to experts, the industry needs to be evangelized, which involves introducing a wide range of potential users to the possibilities—specifically, what needs they might have for PropTech solutions and how they can actually use these technologies. In addition, cooperation among market players and the integration of technologies are crucial so that the many individual solutions and applications can collectively make the operation of a given property, business district, and city better, more convenient, and more sustainable,” – summarized Balázs Márton Agócs, head of the event division at organizer ingatlan.com, the message from the meeting with market experts.
The experts participating in the workshop—many of whom PropTech Hungary attendees will also have the opportunity to meet at the Budapest Music Center—highlighted the importance of identifying real needs, partnership, integration, and feedback, highlighted the importance of staying up-to-date and user-friendly solutions, emphasizing that due to the rapid development and change of technologies, we must constantly focus on industry trends while educating users.
The organizers of Proptech Hungary have put together the event’s program based on real market needs and issues. The program features inspiring presentations, panel discussions showcasing real-world case studies, and interactive workshops involving participants, providing a space and framework for industry representatives to exchange experiences and learn together.
