My vision is to contribute to ensuring that the digital transformation of the Hungarian real estate market takes place not only faster, but also more efficiently and consciously. I do not believe that this process would not happen without me – rather, I believe that by sharing my knowledge and experience, development cycles can be accelerated, the number of mistakes reduced, and collective learning will benefit the entire market.
And how does Proptech Hungary support this vision?
Looking back on the past two decades, I clearly see that I have always built communities and ecosystems. This is how the Év Irodája (Office of the Year) community, the Real Estate Awards, or the Ingatlan Regatta were born, and even at ingatlan.com we created a community among agencies and residential park developers. Today, I am more focused on education: through Proptech Hungary I build an educational, value-creating community for professionals, innovators, and market players who are open to digital transformation and eager to learn and grow.
Over the past decade, the concept of “proptech” has also gained increasing ground, and new solutions are constantly emerging to address the technological challenges facing the real estate market. I want to be an active participant in this transformation. In 2018, we organized the first Proptech Conference in the region, followed by three hackathons exploring the latest ideas and companies.
Today, digitalization has become part of our everyday lives: it is no longer an option but a given. The real question is how quickly we respond to changes, whether we have the tools and resources to enable effective adaptation, and whether we can create real choices.
Proptech Hungary is an agile, real estate- and construction-specialized ecosystem-building platform. Our goal is to map the latest technologies, bring them to the right players, and support a human-centered and sustainable digital transformation. We see that the digitalization of the Hungarian real estate market is lagging behind – not only compared to neighboring countries but also, for example, to the domestic fintech sector.
Our ecosystem is built on collaboration. Proptech Hungary supports digital transformation with the goal of building an ecosystem where innovative players collaborate with each other, educate other stakeholders of the real estate market, and share their knowledge and experiences:

Live & Work – digital tools supporting user experience, smart home and smart office systems.
Our aim is to make these connections transparent for the market and to make knowledge accessible as widely as possible through education. We continuously mentor domestic and international technology companies, helping them enter the market, grow, and expand.
I believe that the key to the future lies not only in technology but in people: talented young people, humble professionals, and spark-bringing startups. Our task is to recognize these values, connect them, and support them as a cohesive force.
