The PropTech Hungary Conference was held for the fifth time, with a renewed vision, a new background, and lots of new ideas.

Much has changed in recent times: digitalization has begun at many companies, and ESG has also encouraged players to collect more and more data about their properties and companies—time, efficiency, and measurability have become more valuable than ever before.

The digital transformation of real estate has begun, community services (offices, parking, workstations) are spreading, more and more projects are running in BIM, and more and more people are equipping their properties with various IoT devices and smart sensors, all of which are steering us towards measurability and efficiency.

Leasing alternatives extend to the functional operation of real estate, the emergence of new products such as built-to-rent, or the conversion and renovation of office buildings, such as retrofitting, which in many cases involves “smartification” in addition to traditional renovation.

Operation is becoming increasingly important, as after handover, operators have the most information about the property, its use and efficiency, and the demands and changes in those demands.

And speaking of data, this is the first year that the digitization of the construction industry, Contech and BIM (Building Information Modeling) have been given their own section.

The era of real estate market transformation

Innovation and digitalization are not happening in the future, but in our everyday lives. However, in many cases, we do not notice this, we mystify it, or we simply do not take the time to consider it.

At the conference, we created a practical forum to bring the topic down to earth: we connected real estate market players, those who are just interested in digitalization, and those who are already involved in it: users, solution providers, developers, and startups.

Our speakers were

What others say about us

It was a very valuable and exciting day, with plenty of great speakers, fresh ideas, and networking opportunities. An outstanding event even by international standards, and I’m glad I could be part of it.

Tamás Borodi

Regional Sales Head @OpenSpace

It was a truly inspiring day – filled with an incredible amount of information and such a captivating pace that suddenly it was evening, and the program was over. It was fantastic to see professionals exploring the future trends of the industry, the openness to new ideas, and the power of collective thinking.

Tibor Seidl

Direction of Development @KTI

Finally, an event that is purely about professional content, partnership, building each other up and ourselves, where even if you are a sponsor, you will not automatically give a presentation or bring in your sales material...priceless.

Csaba Melovics

Head of Marketing @BuildEXT
