Vision

My vision is to help the Hungarian real estate market undergo digital transformation as quickly and efficiently as possible. I don't believe that this process would not happen without me – rather, I believe that if I support market players with my knowledge and experience, the pace of development can be accelerated and innovations can achieve tangible results sooner.

And how can I support this vision?

Since the beginning of my career, I have been driven by innovation and market development. In 2005, I created my first proptech startup, iroda.hu – at that time, the terms "proptech" and even "startup" were not yet widely known, but we believed that we could shape the real estate market with new solutions. In 2015, ingatlan.com acquired my company, and I was able to work in an organizational culture where transparency, trust, and data-driven decision-making were everyday practices. Even back in 2015, we were using artificial intelligence for prediction and decision preparation.

In 2020, I decided to leave the organization and devote all my energy to supporting the proptech market and the digitization of the real estate market. Since then, my focus has shifted from property portals and platforms to innovations affecting the entire life cycle of real estate—from construction to use, from operation to sale.

In recent years, in addition to building the Proptech Hungary ecosystem and working as a consultant for Proptech Zoom, I have tried to create value in several areas:

• I have been teaching at Corvinus University's Real Estate Management program for five years now, passing on to future professionals all the experience and insights I have gathered over the years.
• I give inspirational lectures on the platform revolution and the digitization of the real estate market.
• Together with Property Forum, we launched the CEE Proptech Awards, which are presented annually in Vienna.
• I am an active participant and speaker at the largest international proptech and innovation conferences (Proptech Connect, District, Property Forum).
• I represent digital thinking as a content creator and speaker at domestic events (AI Summit, Service Design Day)
• I help innovators and startups pro bono with business validation, ideas, market knowledge,
• I obtained Smartscore and Wiredscore diplomas so that I can pass on the highest level of knowledge in the field of smart buildings
• I obtained an international organizational development diploma because I believe that agile methodologies and organizational culture development are the precursors to innovation and digitalization.

For me, digitalization is not just technology, but an attitude: seeing talent in young people, humility in professionals, spark in startups—and supporting these values as a kind of cohesive force.

My goal is to be an active shaper of the Hungarian real estate market and to help make the innovations of the future part of everyday life as soon as possible.
