A New Milestone in Proptech: Report from the CEE Property Forum in Vienna
As a result of the collaboration between ProptechZoom and Property Forum, we launched the CEE PropTech Awards, which aims to support and promote the most innovative proptech solutions in Central and Eastern Europe. The competition offers an outstanding opportunity for emerging technology companies to present themselves to the most influential players in the real estate market.
ProptechZoom and Property Forum are convinced that the CEE region is an exceptionally creative area, full of inspiring stories and innovative companies. Our mission is to foster the integration of proptech solutions into the real estate market, thereby creating new opportunities for the industry. As the region’s most forward-looking real estate platform, our goal is to provide proptech businesses with a space where they can gain visibility and grow.
We launched the CEE PropTech Awards together to support the expansion of Central and Eastern European and local proptech and contech players, increase their visibility, and create real value for the region’s real estate market. The CEE Property Forum Awards recognize the best projects, most significant transactions, and most inspiring personalities of the CEE real estate market. The winner was announced at the CEE Property Forum Awards Gala, and this year’s award went to Bright Spaces (Romania). Bright Spaces is an AI-powered 3D digital twin platform that supports real estate stakeholders in planning, remodeling, and leasing. They have created more than 2 million square meters of digital twins across office, residential, and industrial sectors, with solutions used in 12 countries across four continents. The platform enables developers and brokers to dynamically showcase properties, understand demand patterns, and optimize marketing efficiency.
