I discovered the Proptech conference two years ago. Why was it different? It was fresh. It was full of content where the speakers didn't promote themselves or their products, but shared ideas that inspired. It opened up new perspectives and was incredibly supportive and positive. Then I met Zoltan Kalmar, now known as Zoli. I realized that he was the reason behind the conference. He selects the speakers, and his innovative spirit permeates the whole event. I decided to help him. What came of it? I think something quite extraordinary!

It's taken me a week to get my thoughts in order after such an amazing experience at Proptech Hungary. The incredible hospitality, the amazing venue, the fantastic organisation of the event, and of course the amazing presentations and panel discussions that day really helped cement this event as one of the best events that I have ever attended - even if I needed a little bit of help with translations! Sharing with the audience how the industry is doing so much more than they think, and giving inspiration to the audience with a comparison to the mining industry in the 1600s/1700s (a slightly different comparison to usual!) is something that I won't forget any time soon, nor will I forget the people I met and connected with.

It was a day filled with inspiring presentations – with an astonishing amount of information and captivating momentum, suddenly it was evening and the day was over.
It was good to see professionals searching for future trends in the industry, openness to new ideas, and sparkling eyes ready for the superhighway of digitalization in the construction industry and construction economics.
Congratulations to the organizers, the inspiring speakers, and the participants and speakers for their openness and directness.
